| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,教育委員会指導主事による校内研修のコンサルテーションの現状と課題を明らかにすることである。2016年9月～2017年3月に,4地域の150人の教育委員会指導主事に対して,その属性とともに,校内研修を支援するための役割の遂行に関する12の質問に回答してもらった。役割遂行の全体的傾向とともに,所属別,経験別,支援を行う校種別の役割遂行の違い,関係づくりにおける役割と他の役割との関係を分析した。その結果,校内研修に対するコンサルテーションが十分ではないこと(現状),今後,指導主事がその力量を高めることが望まれる役割(課題)が明らかになった。|The purpose of this study is to clarify the current status and issues of the consultation for school-based teacher training programs by the board of education supervisors. From September 2016 to March 2017, 150 members of the Board of Education in four regions were asked to answer 12 questions about their accomplishment in supporting the in-school training programs for teachers, along with their attributes. In addition to the general tendency of role execution, we analyzed the differences in role execution of affiliation, experience, school type to support, and the relationship between the role of building relation with principals and teachers and other roles. As a result, it became clear that the consultation for school-based teacher training programs was not enough (the present condition) and that it is desirable for the supervisors to improve their ability to play some kinds of roles in the future (problems). | |||||||||||||||||
