| 内容記述 | 筆者らは,事例研究を重ねて,学校を基盤とするカリキュラム開発(SBCD)に資する学校長の役割やそのための学びの特徴を明らかにしてきた。本研究では,筆者らは,その知見を項目化して質問紙を構成し,ある地域の幼稚園小中高等学校の学校園長(540名)を対象として実施した。回答を統計的に処理すると,調査対象とした地域の学校園長たちは,今日,全体として,SBCDにおいて果たすべき役割をかなりの程度遂行していること,役割遂行に資する学びをある程度推進していることが確認された。加えて,校園種による違いが大きいこと,初任学校園長にはSBCDのための役割遂行やそれに資する学びが停滞する傾向がやや強いことなども明らかになった。|Through some case studies, the authors have clarified the roles of school principals and the characteristics of their learning that contribute to school-based curriculum development (SBCD). In this study, the authors formed a questionnaire based on the findings by previous studies and conducted the survey for 574 school principals at kindergarten, elementary, junior and senior high schools in a certain area. The results indicate that the school principals in the surveyed regions today, as a whole, have performed significant roles in SBCD and have also been learning to fulfill their roles. In addition, it became clear that there was a large difference among school types, and that it is hard for new school principals to play their roles for SBCD and it is difficult for them to enrich the learning to pursue them. | |||||||||||||||||
