| 内容記述 | 本稿は、看護学実習指導に対する学生の意識、および臨床指導者と看護教員間の協働構築に対する両者の意識を明らかにし、看護学実習指導を通じて、臨床指導者と看護教員間の協働構築上の課題を考察したものである。看護学生61名を対象に指導に対する意識調査、および臨床指導者60名、看護教員66名に対する協働構築への意識に関する調査を行なった。その結果、実習中がんばった体験をしていた学生でも情緒的・落ち込みがあり、精神的ストレスを感じつつ実習に臨んでいたこと、その背後に指導者の威圧的言動などがあったことが示された。臨床指導者と看護教員の協働の構築への意識自体は双方で高かったが、共有すべき情報内容への意識、コミュニケーション力、学生の医療安全の点での意識のずれの課題が明らかになった。今後、これらの課題を両者間で調整することにより、さらに協働の構築への意識の向上の一助になると考えられる。|This paper aimed to understand the nursing students' attitudes toward nursing practice instruction, and to detect the ideas of clinical instructors and nursing teachers on establishment of their collaboration, and in so doing, we examined the problems inherent in the collaboration. Surveys were conducted on 61 nursing students, and on 60 clinical instructors and on 66 nursing teachers. As for students' data, even the honest students felt emotionally depressed if the instructors' attitudes toward students were ”intimidating” or ”coercive.” As for the data on collaboration between clinical instructors and nursing teachers, although both were highly committed to their collaboration, however, discrepancy in interpretation of this idea between instructors and teachers was also obvious around information, communication and students' medical safety. We suppose coordinating these problems between them will help to improve the construction of their collaboration. | |||||||||||||||||
