| 内容記述 | 本研究では、「外国にルーツのある子どもの教育」に関する教職大学院での授業内容の開発とその成果検証を行った。行政研修等でみられる単発の内容ではなく、1科目あたり全15回の授業で3科目分をセットとした学習内容のまとまりを「体系化」の観点から明らかにした。外国にルーツのある子どもの指導に必要な力の構造に基づき、土台となる力とその上に積み上げていく2つの力をセットで鍛えていく形で学習内容の「体系化」を試みた結果、ひとまとまりの内容を学ぶことにより、知識の獲得にとどまらず、「偏見を持たない態度」といった力の獲得や向上が図られる様子が見られた。そうした態度変容に至る大学院生の学びの具体を、「高度化」の観点から明らかにした。|In this study, the content and curriculum design of ”Education of Children with foreign Roots” as a graduate professional teacher education program is developed. Given priority on its ”systematization,” the contents covering three 15-session subjects are combined into one program, rather than the isolated single lecture often used in administrative training. Based on the structure of the competence and skills necessary for teaching children with foreign roots, the contents are systematized with both basic and spiral-up level. It is observed that the learning which is difficult to occur in knowledge transmission such as ”attitude without prejudice” is gained during the program. The details of graduate students' learning are demonstrated from the perspective of ”advanced” teacher training. | |||||||||||
