| 内容記述 | 本稿は教師の発達とメンタルヘルスを研究する生涯発達心理学の縦断研究の利点と今後の検討課題を教育行政学の知見からも学んで検討した。その結果,第1に,縦断研究の利点としては,教師の発達とメンタルヘルスの内生的なメカニズムを明らかにできることをあげた。第2に,縦断研究の課題としては,個人特性と環境特性は入れ子状構造になっているが,その構造の結び目として,個人(および集団)にとって自分(たち)の特性や環境の特性がどう見えているのか,またそれをどうしたいのかといった,教師の見え方と意思の働きがあるとした。そして,生涯発達心理学における縦断研究の課題として,第1に,「集団」をベースにするのではなく,「個人」をベースにすること,第2に,教職を中心に据えるのではなく,個人の生活と人生の全体を捉え,そこに教師であることを位置づけることをあげた。以上を踏まえ,(1)個人と環境の相互作用の現場,(2)意思決定過程,(3)ライフストーリーの語りという3つのレベルで過程を捉えるとともに,それを調査結果のフィードバックを踏まえた調査協力者と研究者とのやり取りで確認する方法を提案した。|This paper examines the advantages and tasks of a longitudinal study as a life-span developmental psychology that studies teacher development and mental health, learning from the knowledge of educational administration. As a result, first, advantage of the longitudinal study is that it can clarify the endogenous mechanisms of teacher development and mental health. Second, the task of the longitudinal study is to clarify how although personal and collective (environment) characteristics are nested structures, the teacher's appraisal and decision function as a knot in the structure, such as how they look to individuals (and teams) and how they want to do so. As the tasks of a longitudinal study in life-span developmental psychology, the first is not based on ”group,” but on ”person,” and the second is not based on teaching, but on the personal life as a whole and locates it in life as a teacher. Based on the above, I propose a method to confirm this through interaction between research participants and researchers based on feedback from the results of the investigation, by capturing the process at three levels: (i) the interaction between a person and the environment, (ii) the decision-making process, and (iii) the narrative of a life story. | |||||||||||
