Humanities and Social Science, Natural Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は,最大下一定速度での走運動における異なる強度の吸気負荷が呼吸循環応答に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることであった.健康な若年の男女12名が実験に参加した.実験は,トレッドミルを用いた漸増負荷走行試験によって最大酸素摂取量(VO2max)を測定した.また,スパイロメーターを用いて最大随意努力吸気圧(MIP)を測定した.その後,別日に60%VO2max速度での一定負荷走行を,吸気負荷装置を用いて吸気負荷を加えながら行った.このときの吸気負荷は20%MIPから開始し,60呼吸毎に20%MIPずつ負荷を漸増させ,吸気疲労を起こすまで走行を継続した.この時,ガス分析により酸素摂取量(VO2)および換気量(VE)を,インピーダンス法により心拍出量(CO)および心拍数(HR)を測定した.その結果,運動中のVO2およびVEは20%MIP以上の吸気負荷で吸気無負荷時よりも有意に高かったが(P<0.05),吸気負荷が増加してもそれ以上増加しなかった.呼吸困難感は吸気負荷の増加に伴って増加した(P<0.05).COは40%MIP以上,HRは20%MIP以上の吸気負荷強度から吸気負荷の増加に伴って高まった(P<0.05).これらの結果から,最大下運動時の吸気負荷の高まりとともに循環応答は高まる一方で,換気量は高められないことが示唆された.|The current study aimed to determine the effects of inspiratory loading at various intensities during a submaximal constant-speed running on the respiratory and circulatory responses. Twelve healthy young men and women participated in the experiment. As a pretest, maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) was measured by an incremental running test on a treadmill to exhaustion, and maximal voluntary effort inspiratory pressure (MIP) was measured using a spirometer. A constant-load running test was conducted on a separate day at 60% VO2max with the inspiratory load. The inspiratory load was started at 20% MIP, which gradually increased by 20% every 60 breaths until inspiratory failure occurred. Oxygen uptake (VO2) and minute ventilation (VE) were measured using a gas analyzer, and cardiac output (CO) and heart rate (HR) were measured by an impedance method. As a result, both VO2 and VE were significantly higher above 20%MIP compared to those without an inspiratory load (P<0.05). However, they did not increase further with increasing inspiratory loads. Dyspnea grew with the increase of inspiratory load (P<0.05), and CO and HR increased with inspiratory loads above 40%MIP and 20%MIP, respectively (P<0.05).
