Educational Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"令和4年度からの工科高校改編計画(大阪府教育委員会,2017)および,新学習指導要領の実施により,大阪府立の工科高校では,専門系をこえた計画が求められることとなった.本実践研究では,専門系をこえたカリキュラム・マネジメントの方法として,大学で取り組まれているInstitutional Research(以下,IR)を参考にした実践を行い,データ収集・分析が教員に及ぼす意識変容や,IRの活動が教育活動に効果的な取り組みであったかの調査を行った.その結果,分析データが授業における教員の指導方法や,生徒との関わり方を考えるきっかけとなり,IRの取り組みが異なる専門系に属する教員間においても,教育計画に関する意思決定を促し,カリキュラム・マネジメントの支援に有効な手立てとなることが示唆された.|With the reorganization plan for technology high schools starting in the 4th year Reiwa era and the implementation of the new Courses of Study, Osaka prefectural technology high schools are required to have educational plans that transcend departments. In this practical study, as a method of curriculum management beyond departments, we conducted a practice referring to Institutional Research (IR) undertaken at universities and investigated whether IR was an effective approach to educational activities and whether data collection and analysis had a positive effect on teachers' awareness. The results showed that the analyzed data gave a chance for planning class activities and teaching.
