purpose of the present study was to review social psychological researches and to examine their contribution to guidance and counselling.The results of previous studies show the social psychological approach to the school are quite effective to understand students,teachers as well as interaction between two.They also contribute to the training method of social skill.Directions how to develop the research methods were
