| 内容記述 | 本研究は，「子ども中心マインド」，「専門性を志向し柔軟に発揮する力」，「コミュニケーション能力」，「チームとしての学校を促進する力」，「支援の分析・計画・実施・評価の力」，「自己とチームを振り返る力」からなる暫定版学校協働コンピテンシーを，チーム学校を熱心に取り組む中学校の校長，教頭，生徒指導主事，生徒支援コーディネーター，養護教諭，スクールカウンセラー，スクールソーシャルワーカーに提示し，違和感，要変更点，関連事例，関連する自職種の専門的能力を質問した。その結果，暫定版学校協働コンピテンシーに関する学校特有の特徴は，(1)発達・日常対応中心，(2)緩やかな枠組，(3)教員中心であり，保健医療福祉領域との共通の特徴は，(1)利用者中心，(2)相互の専門性理解と協働，(3)自職種の専門性向上であると考えられた。最終的に改訂版学校協働コンピテンシーとして「子ども・養育者の課題を中心に捉える能力」，「専門性を志向し柔軟に発揮する能力」「コミュニケーション能力」，「学校内外チームを促進する能力」，「支援の分析・計画・実施・評価の能力」，「自己とチームを振り返る能力」が生成された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to develop a tentative version of “The school interprofessional competency” consisting of “child-centered mindset”, “ability to be professional and flexible”, “communication ability”, “ability to promote school as a team”, “ability to analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate support”, and “ability to reflect on oneself and the team” in order to develop a team school. We presented the tentative version of the competencies for school interprofessional to the principals, student guidance supervisors, student support coordinators, school nurses, school counselors, and school social workers of junior high schools who are enthusiastic about team schools, and asked them about discomfort, points requiring change, related cases, and related professional competencies in their own occupations. As a result, schools-specific of characteristics of “The school interprofessional competency” were :(1) development/daily-response-centered, (2) loose framework, and (3) teacher-centered, while the common characteristics with the health, medical, and welfare fields are: (1) user-centered, and (2) mutual professional understanding and cooperation, (3) Improvement of expertise of their own professions. Finally, the following competencies were generated as the revised common school interprofessional competencies : “ability to focus on the issues of children and caregivers”, “ability to be oriented toward and flexibly demonstrate expertise”, “communication skills”, “ability to promote teams internal and external the school teams”, “ability to analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate support”, and “ability to reflect on oneself and the team generated”. | |||||||||||||||||
