Data was analyzed using KHcoder (free software: 3.Beta.02c version), text mining, word frequency analysis, and cooccurrence network analysis (subgraph detection (modularity)). Furthermore, focusing on each subgraph in the co-occurrence network (subgraph detection (modularity)), the extracted words that make up the subgraphs and the text data were examined using KWIC concordance, and qualitative data analysis was performed. In this process, while clarifying the research theme, conceptualization was attempted in each subgraph, and 23 subcategories and 6 categories were generated. A category relationship diagram and storyline were created based on the relationships between these categories and further considered, suggesting the following: 1) In light of actual disasters, teachers at special needs schools expressed concerns about the necessity and limitations of disaster prevention backpacks; 2) While educational activities at special needs schools were restricted for an extended period of time due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, teachers incorporated the creation of etiquette bags for disaster prevention toilets into work-based learning and conducted online classes and home visits in order to support students’ learning; 3) Disaster prevention awareness education for intellectually disabled students at special needs schools is insufficient, and there is a need to shift from the traditional formal evacuation drills to education that takes into account disaster preparations and life in an evacuation shelter;
