| 内容記述 | 近年、米国を中心に普及しつつあるトラウマインフォームドスクールはトラウマインフォームドケアを教育分野に適応したトラウマの悪影響の理解とその軽減を目指すフレームワークである。本稿ではこの概念を本邦に導入することを目的として、概念の内容をまとめ、問題点を検討した。構成要素として「教職員の育成とスーパービジョン」、「神経発達を支援する教育」、「教室の管理」、「方針と手続き」、「規則」、「地域機関との連携」があり、フレームワークは SWPBIS が推奨されていた。最後に、導入する際の問題点として、専門家の養成を主に検討を行った。|In recent years, trauma informed schools(TIS) are becoming popular in the United States. It adapts trauma informed care to the field of education. It is a framework aiming at understanding and mitigating the adverse effects of trauma.In this paper, for the purpose of introducing this concept into Japan, we summarized the contents of the concept and examined the problem.The framework, SWPBIS is recommended. Its elements include “staff training and supervision“, “instruction that supports neural development “, “classroom management“, “policies and procedures“, “discipline“ and “cooperation with community agencies“.Finally, as a problem of introduction, we mainly examined the training of experts. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
