| 内容記述 | 本稿では、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大にともない、人の移動が制限されるなかで重要性を増している国際教育に焦点をあて、国内外の取り組みを検討するとともに、大阪教育大学で実施されたオンライン交流プログラム等について検証する。コロナ禍でオンライン授業を余儀なくされたアメリカの大学では、高等教育の価値が問われるなか、留学生数が前年度より減少した。同様に日本でも留学や海外研修が中止されるなか、越境しないバーチャル留学や学生交流が模索されているが、こうした動向は国際交流の新たな形を見出す契機として捉えられる。また、対面による学習が制限される日本語学習者も、オンライン交流により、異なる意見を持つ人と交流できることに利点を見出していることが明らかになった。オンライン交流の効果は、本学で実施された交流会にも認められ、参加学生がそれぞれの国や地域について説明し、意見を交換することで相互理解が深まり、学習の動機づけになることが示唆された。さらに本稿では、本学の学生が参加したオンラインによる国際交流の効果について、異文化間コンピテンスの観点から検証した。|This paper will focus on international exchange, which is becoming more important as Covid-19 spreads and the mobility of people is restricted. At American universities, which shifted to online teaching due to the pandemic, the number of international students has decreased, and the value of higher education has come into question. In Japan, while study abroad is being canceled, virtual study abroad and student exchange that do not cross borders are being developed. These trends are an opportunity to discover new forms of international exchange. It was also revealed that Japanese language learners, whose face-to-face learning has been restricted, find it beneficial to interact online with people who have different opinions. The effect of online exchange was also recognized at an exchange meeting originating at Osaka Kyoiku University, suggesting that participating students may deepen their mutual understanding. Furthermore, this research examined the effects of online international exchange from the perspective of intercultural competence. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
