次のような結果が得られた。1. 困難要因として学校保健における組織的活動の展開, 学校の教育活動における学校保健の位置づけ, 管理職, 教職員, 保護者との人間関係において高率を示した。2. 養護教諭の免許別 (I種, II種) の比較において, 両群間に有意差が認められた項目は「曖昧な症状の判断」(p<0.05), 「教育活動への学校保健の位置づけ」(p<0.05), 「組織活動としての展開」(p<0.05), である。3. 学校保健活動の展開における困難要因と養護教諭の健康に関する専門的力量(健康問題の把握, 発見, 判断, 分析能力)との間に高い関連があることが明らかとなった。4. 学校保健活動の展開における困難要因と学校保健活動のアセスメント能力(企画力, 調整力, リーダーシップ能力)との間に高い関連のあることが明らかとなった。|The purpose of this study was conducted to examine the ability formation and progressing of school nurse teachers. Answers were collected from 160 school nurse theaters in Kinki area and conducted from February to March. The following results were obtained. 1) The development of organization activities in school health, positioning of school health in school education activities, and human relations to administrators, school personnel, and parents, these items reached the high percentage as difficult factors. 2) There was a significant difference between first-class licensed group and second-class licensed one in the following items: judgement of ambiguous symptoms (p<0.05), positioning of school health in educational activitied (p<0.05) and development of systematic activities (0.05). 3) Difficult factors in development of school health activities were highly related to professional abilities concerning health (seizing, discovering, judging and analyzing of health problems). 4) There was a high relationship between difficult factors in development of school health activities and assessment abilities in school health activities (abilities to plan, coordinate and lead). |
