| 内容記述 | IT(lnformation Technology)の革命的な発展により,さまざまな分野でその恩恵がもたらされている。医療分野でもITを利用した遠隔画像診断により,過疎地と都市部の医療格差を是正することが期待されている。今回我々は超音波診断装置とPCをネットワーク接続し,装置側からPC側に画像配信し,PC側から装置を遠隔操作することが可能なシステムを試作開発した。さらにこのシステムにより,インターネットを介して画像配信・遠隔操作を試みた。このシステムはさまざまな臨床現場での応用が期待されるものであり,今後は臨床評価を含めた研究に発展させたいと考えている。|The revolutionary innovation of the IT(lnformation Technology)benefits many kinds of fields. Even in the medical field the IT is expected to dissolve a disparity in a medical care between populated areas and depopulated areas by tele-radiography and tele-pathology. We developed an experimental system of tele-ultrasonography which is composed of an ultrasound diagnostic system and a PC connected by a network. In this system the live image is transferred from the ultrasound diagnostic system to the PC, and a remote operation of the diagnostic system from the PC is also available. And we tried the live image transfer and the remote operation via the Internet. Since this system is expected to apply to various kinds of clinical fields, we like to expand this research including clinical evaluations. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
