| 内容記述 | 本研究は,生涯スポーツへつながる学校教育の中の体育の役割を検討し,校種間の連携のとれたよりよいカリキュラムを提案し,今後のよりよい体育科教育のあり方を考えることを目的としている。その第I報として,生徒へのアンケート調査と分析を行い,カリキュラム作成の上の注意点を明確にした。その結果,学校体育において,早い時期からさまざまなスポーツを経験させ,そのつながりを明確化させることが必要であり,選択授業などのスポーツの楽しさや爽快感を感じるような楽しい体育の授業を行うこと,体力や運動能力を上げるためのトレーニングを行うことの両方をうまく組み入れたカリキュラム作成の重要性が示唆された。|In this study, we have examined how physical education in schools can lead to lifelong involvement in sports. We suggest physical education curricula which encourage improvement as students progress from elementary school to high school. The purpose of this study is to suggest how physical education should be taught from now on. We, at first, conducted a survey to students, analyzed it, and clarified the important points in creating curricula. As a result, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to have students experience various sports at an early stage of development and to make it clear to them how continuous physical education encourages them to progress. What counts is to create curricula which present the pleasure and have the students feel refreshed in elective physical education class, and train them in order to improve their strength and exercise capacity. | |||||||||||||||||
